• 題義
  *此題給你數個字串，並照著他的規定來改變字串。規則如下，當你遇到第一個"的時候要將他變為``，遇到第二個“的時候要將他改為''，其餘不變。
• 解法
  1.跑一個迴圈，遍歷所有字符。
  2.遇到“就照規則變並用一個bool值true跟false來記是第一次還是第二次即可。
